Staff excellent, room clean, ample parking at the rear of the house. Only 10 minutes taxi to Inchydoney Hotel. Thanks for finding and returning lost piece of jewellery. Great choice of breakfast and full marks to the staff and owner.

Clonakilty is a lovely little town. Carnival was on and a great atmosphere. Wish we could have stayed longer. Staff and owner were excellent and very helpful.
The house itself was perfect, very clean nice comfortable beds, no shortage of hot water, tea making facilities in room and breakfast was brilliant.

Great breakfast, comfortable beds and friendly /accommodating staff. WE fell in love with Clonakilty and recommend it highly as a destination. Melrose B&B is the perfect place to stay. It’s an easy walk to the town centre and even easier and cheap cab side home at the end of a long day / evening to your comfy quiet bedroom. Everything at Melrose is above standard.
